My Shuffled Playlist...and what it says about me.

seeing answers in things that are random and unpredictable. you ask a question aloud and wait for a sign. previously I've seen something similar done with the Bible- you ask a question and open a random page from the big book, poke a random chapter and get an answer.

I'm rather frightened.

In 12 days I will be packing up my car (again) and driving to Washington D.C. a city I have only been to once before. I will be moving into a house I've never seen, with roommates I've never met, to attend a school I've never been to. There are way too many unknowns in that sentence. And besides that it's a super expensive city, and I don't really have a job lined up yet, so I need to make sure I have enough money to pay my rent and live on/set myself up with......hopefully next week at work will help me out some, but I hope that I can get a loan to help out with the rent, until I can get a job and start saving some money. Maybe I should have just gone straight into the workforce and paid off my debt before I started back in on even more.....I guess we'll see.

I'm sure it will be fine once I get there and get going, but as of right now, I'm getting scared. As much as I tell myself I'm a people person, and that I'm a hard worker, there's always the little voice inside wondering what will happen and how things will be, once I leave this comfortable Madison life behind. I hope many of you come and visit me, so I can make DC seem like home too.....
