Time to start being healthy again. I'm going back to my old wellness program goals:
No chips
No soda
No candy
No fried foods
I don't know that I have money for a gym just yet, but as soon as I start working on the 5th, I'm going to get in the habit of walking or working out after work...whether it means yoga or YBB...something will have to do. I'm almost tempted to walk to work in the morning since it's only 4 miles...but that would mean getting up THAT much earlier...yuck. I also need to cut out snacking. That will be easier once I get into a work routine and I'm not sitting around all day. But it will be harder here, since I'll be going out in the evenings and it's always tempting to get something at the restaurants....we shall see. I don't know what my rewards shall be...maybe if I make it a month without cheating I will get a trip to Chicago or something. I also need to check and see if I still have a big fine with Madison libraries....because I really need to get a constant stream of books...I've gone through all the ones I brought and Colleen doesn't have enough to last me for long!
